Who does speak like that? "I throws", with an "s"? You've got to do it on purpose, because the rules are so trivial you cannot get them wrong. English conjugation is twenty times easier than French's. I'm honestly curious, I find it hard to imagine that a subculture would put some effort into sounding undereducated.
Well as someone to whom english is a second language I can say that it is very easy to make those mistakes even if your native language is harder. In addition, sone native english speakers have horriblebgrammar and can easily make that mistake too. We don't tey to sound "undereducated" if you are learning a language you make mistakes. The guy in the picture for example he had it wrong! With an S. Maybe be a typo why are you bringing "french is harder" to the table

If you're 100% comfortable with your native language then it shouldn't be unusual for slang to come out differently, to have fun with it. niriel, can you say that you haven't purposefully butchered a common phrase in French for the fun of it? That's all this was imo.
