When will they show a Spider-Man lifting a fucking truck and throwing it at his ennemies. i mean, he's strong enough for that for god sake

If you read the comics, I think DC and Marvel are equally dark. I mean, have you read Marvel"s 'Infinity Gauntlet'??

If you look closely at that part from BVS you can see the rocket had a LES (Launch Escape System), they would have been fine if super man had not intervened. In fact if this where to be real after superman picks up the top part of the rocket the LES would have staged away everything below the capsule (even what superman was holding) than then plowed itself into the ground, possibly killing everyone.

The justice league never tries to kill ANYONE, while the avengers are basically serial killers
