If I don't wear sunscreen when I am out when the sun is high up for a couple of hours, I get a minor rash (some tiny things every here and there). If I spend a lot of time outside with no to little sunscreen (say, days instead of hours) I get a rash that takes forever to go away... mostly in my arms, though.
We dont burn our skins never peel, when Sun hits us our body manages it like a danger and gives us a rush wich to me looks like a poison ivy rush, totally not a sunburn, oh and by the way sunburns Hurt, rashes are itchy

I have olive skin, it's pretty hard of us to "sunburn".
Besides, a sunburn generally hurts and it peels and then it itches. These rashes? They don't hurt, just some itch and it does not peel... they are just there for a while.
Edit: when i wrote that, misspiglet posted the other thing while i didn't realize it. but hey! basically same thing

I'm not incredibly pale, and it's not a sunburn like you're thinking. It's entirely different, like a rash from being allergic to a topical skin care item, like poison ivy, as someone mentioned above. However, I do know of several people who claim to be allergic, when really it is just a bad sunburn and poor application of sunscreen. I didn't know you could be allergic until my doctor told me that's what my weird reactions were. So it's a common misconseption
