I hate it when this happens...especially if it's a package that I am looking forward to..

Especially when ordering textbooks late

When it says 4-7 business days but you've been waiting 194,927,899,837,865,977,126,450,420,699,360,999,000,001 days

In Australia if you want to order something it says 6-8 weeks and will probably be 10

Ordered something during the first week of June and it still hasn't gotten here yet.
