It's not a valid question at all. He just killed two people with the killing curse, all he has to do is point a stick at the baby, and mutter two words. Personally, I would so much rather do that than picking up the baby, walking to the window, opening the window and throwing him out. Or walking to the bath with the baby, wait for it to fill up (or use augomenti, not sure how to spell it). It's time wasting, and he did not seem like someone who had time to waste on stuff like that. Plus, after the curse rebounded, he was too weak to do it, and he obviously thought that since Harry managed to block killing curse, he would attack Voldermort even more and he would eventually die.
I never understood how
"I like people of the opposite sex, and I can feel happiness, so I must be straight"
But
"I like people of the same sex, so this means I cannot feel any emotions at all and I am essentially a robot"
where do people honestly assume this shit from?
