This cat doesn't allow it's owner to pass

I wonder why it's so upset. But I do like how he's just trying to calm it down. Not jumping at it or scaring it.

My 2 year old Black Lab just peed himself. (Granted he's a bit of a wuss.)

There's something very wrong. Either with the cat or the situation.
