*cracks knuckles* whoo boy. As a /biology major in college/ I can tell you with certainty twins do have identical DNA. The only twins that aren't identical are called "fraternal twins" and they don't have the same DNA because they came from different eggs. "Identical twins" aka what makes up their /genetic makeup/ aka DNA come from the same fertilized egg. So in this post, the two boys at the bottom have the same genetic makeup, making them twins in nature, but not by birth (they're still cousins).
They would be brothers and cousins assuming there was zero variation in their dna. Each would have an aunt and uncle. But the aunt and uncle would be genetically the same as their parents. Making it technically possible for both children to come from either set of parents. Is that right?
(Let me get this straight) So you're asking if that the man on the left fathered the woman on the right's kid then it would still be the same kid genetically?
Yes it's possible, (and kinda not, if they had another kid he wouldn't look exactly the same as the first one in the pic, it could come out as a girl, etc.) and the other brother's kid would be the same (genetically, but not appearance wise taking in consideration of the cousin being female)

The definition of siblings is having one or two of the same parents, these kids do not have the same parents
If you ever seen a true crime story, and a crime was committed by a twin, they can never tell which one did it because THE DNA IS THE SAME as explained by VIOLENCE. (By the way, love how you started your point by 'cracking your knuckles".
