THIS IS WHAT I TRY TO TELL PEOPLE!! I'M A DAMN REALIST!! BUT EVRYONE IS SOO OPTIMISTIC AND DOESN'T LISTEN

You can be a realist without being rude.

Maybe it depend on the person but i have a friend that sometimes is rude but not rude realistic just simply rude, i do apreciate the blunt one though as i am a blunt person myself but you don't have to be an asshole tu be honnest
