I get that batman is awesome but why do they always mix him in with other marvel characters. There should be at least one more DC hero

The traditional cake portion is larger in order to conceal the entirety of the superhero portion from most angles. Looks normal from the front, the other part is entirely covered. Not as much of a compromise as it looks.

To be fair, it's still a wedding, they are probably trying to keep it fairly traditional
