To shut lights off a lot longer than that to see
A completely clear sky untouched by light

yeah you should visit pakistan where lights are always off and people sleep on the roofs on hot summer nights while watching the stars

Actually in Bali, there is a day called 'Silent Day' which make people who lives in bali island didnt turn all the electricity on for 24 hours, so when it gets to start dark, we can see a clear shining sky with a lot of stars above.
