If you're wondering why is the guy on the left (Petr Čech) wearing the weird headwear, it's because he had an accident some years ago as a result of which he had to undergo a surgery in which they implanted a piece of metal in his skull. He has to wear this silly hat-mask to prevent further injuries which could even be deadly for him.
