Well the mask brings out the innermost desires, the hulk is still bruce banner from the inside so i am sorry to burst your bubble this would mean nothing

The mask is imbued with the essence of Loki. Loki's power is what fuels it. There is no way this would end without at least a little demolition.

In the comic, there was a similar strong dude who was sent to kill the mask. Once doing it (the second time) he attempted to put the mask on. But, for some reason, it wouldn't fit. So I guess this will be the same.
