Not in the movies, or at least not BvS. Bats was ALL about killing or setting people up to be killed.
I agree about the TV universe, entirely different all around

Don't get me wrong, I was hoping DC would give us the gritty movies that Marvel doesn't give. Marvel's bright colors are all well and good, and it'd be a great opportunity for DC to show contrast in their movies. And they totally have just like I was hoping, I just didn't anticipate they'd be total wastes of time.
