It's a good literal interpretation of the song. It's about a wolf who leaves it's pack and out of lonliness, because wolves are social creatures, it attacks a rabbit so it can't run away.

But it's hunger overpowers it's need for socialism and it eats the bunny. It feels guilt at what it did, but it couldn't help itself.

The deeper translation is if a man who abused his girlfriend and after some possible jail time (the blood on my teeth it is far beyond dry : the rest of my pack I have left them behind)
The girl gives him another chance, but he abuses her again and hospitalizes her.

The whole ending is him wailing in pain of what he did to her. "Please stop looking the other way" is him begging for forgiveness, but she won't even make eye contact and he leaves her alone forever even though he still loves her and is lonely AF
