Not forgetting cancer

Well it's true cause he has like 2 weeks until the election so

I looked up why my stomach was hurting and it said I had appendicitis and stomach cancer.
I ate too much at dinner.

Looked up why i was getting aches and pains around the stomach area, it said i had cancer and probably kidney problems and i needed to go to the ER within 72 hours.
Got my period a week early three days later.
