It's a like a vending machine service in which you can rent movies and games. You have to use a credit or debit card though, no cash. You usually have to pay about $1.50 plus tax per day and it's automatically charged from your card. Once you're finished you just go back to any available redbox and turn it in.

Redbox is annoying

We have a gas station where I live where you can rent movies. It's no blockbuster, but it works. Not to mention you can buy ice cream there!
