Square-cube law. Volume, and therefore mass, is proportional to the cube of your height. Muscle cross-section (a surface area), and therefore strength, is proportional to the square of your height. The shorter you are, the higher your strength/weight ratio. This is why fleas jump 50 times their sizes and ants can carry leaves way heavier than they are. Of course, a lot of training is required to accomplish this potential, but it is no surprise to find an asian kid on top of this discipline.
