He actually has two twitter accounts, @POTUS and @BarackObama, because @POTUS belongs to the president at the time. The tweet, however, is definitely fake. It is not difficult to fake a tweet; lemmetweetthatforyou.com

Yeah right, 30,000 memes to a Government email. Like Hilary doesn‘t have a phone to recieve them or her own private email. If truly it was, why delete them, what‘s the shame there. And why didn‘t she say so at first. And who would actually believe that the email didn‘t also have other confidential and sensitive files. No one‘s perfect, I‘m not either. But calling it a ‘mistake‘ is unbelievable, especially since it was 30,000! It sounds delibrate to me
