I think it appreciates it's hat

Take the towel and run the sides of his face with it and replace the towel on the bed. That way it won't smell foreign to him and he'll hop right up!

It looks like he/she just wants to sit in the patch of sun! The bed is in the shade :P

I have one of those on my bed room window. The cats love it, its their favourite spot in the entire house

I bought one of those for my cat and the bottom suction cups WOULD NOT STICK TO THE WINDOW for long periods of time. Found out after cat jumped on it.
