Sorry but a wind spill means countless tons of metal on(or in) the land, solar spill leaves massive amount of glass, batteries, and metal on(or in) the ground, oil is horrible if not more than the others. Hoping that there is a better way myself.
Especially Thorium nuclear power, it is so much more reliable, (produces more energy) safer (just needs a deployment mechanism that plunges it into 10 feet of water, voila nuclear accident contained essentially)
and I think almost 100% more efficient than Uranium based nuclear power. (Uranium reactors used 300 tonnes for Xgw while Thorium used 3 tonnes for Xgw). Also, there's a shitload of Thorium on the moon... space mining here we come!
