Rockstars with giant slugs

I only saw a couple of rock stars there...

well that explains the overly exaggerated facial expressions...there hands are covered with slug slime

Who even...
How do people come up with things like this?
Like someone just go 'hey, what if electric guitars are giant slugs?'
Is that a thing?

I didn't know I needed this in my life until now.

Slugs are adorable though
