Its stopping the guy from putting the finger on the trigger.. hence no kills. Therefore the title makes sense.

The cat's just playing with his finger, like it would play with a toy. The cat isn't stopping his kills, because his finger isn't going on the trigger, it's just playing with the freaking cat.
