Ever heard of dumb and dumber

I forgot to read the title so I went though the whole thing thinking they were facts. I just down "false, false, false...".

The reason why all American phone numbers start with 555 is that they aren't allowed to use people's actual phone numbers in movies, so every 555 number is a movie number and regular people can't have them.
