Here's the thing about proposals in china, they publicize the shit of them to make it seem like they care about their citizens and then they make up some bullshit excuse like not enough funding or some random shit. Back in 2012 they had plans for an invisible building that would use a massive camera and a massive projector to act like that building was invisible. They said construction was to start in 2013 but of course no one ever heard about that again. So while u guys eat this shit up and pretend like the Chinese government cares about its citizens I'm gonna write angry comments in my nice house while eating ribs.
