And you also have to take into account what " rich " is because you get some assholes counting middle class as rich just because they themselves are lower class

Know Your Enemy - Rage Against the Machine

In my country there is a Communist Party (as in most of Europe). I usually say their mistake is waging war against the rich, and their ulterior motive to bring everyone to the same level of poverty (implicitly, to them, being rich is "wrong"). The idea is the opposite, elevate the poor to the level of the rich, and push aside those who would desire otherwise (i.e. those who want to fuck you over)

Graph is a little simplistic. If a poor person fuck over the system we loose a few hundred dollars a month in welfare benifits. If a rich person fucks over the system, the housing market collapses, the middle class looses their homes, the economy looses several trillion dollars, and the the middle class has to bail out the rich to save the economy. This is what they mean when they talk about income inequality.
