maybe this was just Montana where everyone had to wear seventeen layers to stay warm but...I wholeheartedly disagree

At my school guys could wear shorts whenever. Girls only option was pants or skirts if it was a religious purpose.

Idk about yall, but for me, GUYS and girls had th same dress code... it's just that girls were more affected by things like necklines and how short was to short for short... the code it self was the same.
