Shelters are no more of an answer than this, it does put people closer to a face on face situation. As we wit down to our bountiful Easter dinners we should reflect on all tspring to buy a coffee and have a chat with disenfranchised people. It's the socialism they need more than the coffee. So go one step further and further say hi to a homeless person ,buy them a coffee, but more importantly let them know you care.
