Harry Potter one is actually explainable. Hermione gives up the Time Turner after it appears in the third year, as she no longer takes overlapping subjects. The Time Turner can also NOT change what has already occurred (This my friends is a fundamental law of time travel that most people overlook, you cannot change what has already happened. E.g. if you go back in time and kill your father, you don't suddenly cease existing, all you've done is created an alternate paradox where you won't exist).

Hermione took the watch only for studying. Time traveling was very complicated so she returned it.

Buzz Lightyear thought he was on an alien planet. He only spoke to Woody because the Cowboy came up to him firs. Plus humans are like these thirty foot monsters to him. If his weapons don't even work on the local sheriff (the first thing he does is try to kill Woody with a lazer, which is just a harmless light) and said sheriff is terrified enough to freeze whenever these giant alien lifeforms come around, who is Buzz to argue?

In Aladdin, I'm pretty sure the first wish was to save himself from drowning due to jafar trying to kill him. The second wish was to turn into a prince where jafar turns him back into a street rat therefore making him contemplate about releasing the genie or being a prince again.
