Usually they used army boot boxes. My mom came to America in one of those.

I think it would have been more cost effective to bring all the tanks they pushed over the side of ships....but hey what do I know.

I don't know about 95%, but there was a cargo plane that had a lot of babies in it. I can't remember if it crashed or if the back fell open, but all the babies died.
