5876 calories isn't even worth skippimg cheese over, it's only enough calories for 2-3 days. Also how do they determine that you'll save exactly that much? Do you have to eat a hamburger every day?

That's the equivalent of losing nearly 1.75 pounds of fat by excluding one simple item.

Assuming you don't fill the hole in your calorie intake with something else

That is literally just over 2.5 days of calories, it makes a tiny defference.
