always compliment a good worker to a higher up. i helped a few good workers get raises by giving them good words to superiors. not just my job but other places too. there was a gamestop i would frequent back in the day. one day some head honchos from corporate there, i stopped by told them that i go to his store rather than the one closer to my house because he is so helpful. he got a raise.
