Actually for some scenes they used a real tiger, and for some an animated one. I've actually seen the tiger they used for some of the scenes in person. He lives in a Canada zoo, and his name is Bush. If you think the tiger in the movies is big, you should see that tiger in person. It's flipping huge!!!
