I hear that the Arizona prison system is lax, but seriously?

Yeeeaaaah, umm, because of Ex Sheriff Joe Arpaio, we lost a lot of money due to lawsuits and shit. Here's the thing. We have a shit ton of prisoners, and slim to none competent guards, so shit like that happens. Hopefully the new sheriff will fix that.
