This is why I don't call myself a feminist
I used to call myself one,but then I realized that using that term might put me in the same category as Tumblr bitches so I was like "fuck that shit yo" and I've been a non-feminist ever since
so I haven't been online a lot lately because I've been very very very sick
I've been very dizzy, with headaches that last for days. Today I woke up and my voice was so hoarse that it sounded like I was whispering. My nose is super stuffed and runny and I just feel awful all around. I feel so sick and cold and unhealthy and yeah. i just wanted to show you guys that I'm not 100% dead, only 90%.
Feminism isn't hating men and calling men pigs every chance you get (although a good number of Tumblr feminists should be told so). We aren't gaining anything if we're still trying to put down another gender because it isn't our own.
okay so i realized that this is actually more of a who let this happen than a why doesn't this happen more
It goes to show you just how fucked up i was this morning
i haven't been able to find the video in years, but there was an interview with a lady who was a big name in feminism decades ago. she no longer supports the movement and said something along the lines of "feminism was great until the man hating lesbians took over" i really wish i could find the interview. i remembered it being good. equality isn't a power shift, it is equality. we need to stop seeking superiority. that will never fix anything. equality is even, not more, or less.
1) I found it somewhere else on a different website where that poster did not reference the original artist. do you mind explaining how I was supposed to know it's unfinished?
