It breaks my heart seeing kids like that. I really wish I could help them! I plan on donating when I get older. And also adopting. Kids like that deserve a better life!!

I don't think that's what is implied here. It's more like if you say "Oh my! I hate my life! They forgot the cheese on my burger! I have the worst life ever!!!!" You do get my point?
