Don't ever do animals

I live in Taiwan...
I was casually scrolling through funsubstance when I saw this meme.
and then I 'facepalmed' to the "do not animals" sign
then I saw it read "national Taiwan university" in chinese.
That university I right across the street from where I live.
double facepalm

By the way, the Chinese says "don't set animals free here".
