9 months is counted from the last menstrual cycle before conception, depending on length of cycle the first 2-6 weeks of that 9 months you didn't exist yet.

Because a girl can get pregnant with her first period, for you to be right such a baby would have to exist outside of time until fully developed when it then tears into the fabric of our reality by way of mere-moments-ago-not-even-carrying-new-mother's lower bits. Since not even Jesus came into the world that way, accept that 9 months is counted after the fertilized egg plants itself in the uterine lining.
