Estonia was one of the Baltic states(Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia) and had been under Russian rule for times through out it's history, there for The Baltic States' official languages are Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian and as well as Russian, the same with Ukraine(Ukrainian) and Belarus(Belarusian). If anything is wrong I apologize.
