Their owners get them dyed
It's somewhat popular in Asian (especially Japan and China)
It's said to be bad for the pet so I don't recommend it
Note: please don't do shit to animals just bc you think it's ''cute''

This reminds me of the time a zoo in China tried to pass off a dog as a lion, but then people noticed that it barked.
