I'm a fan of dark humor, but scaring someone on a plane in the weeks after 9/11 should be illegal.

It was days after not one, not two, or even three, but four planes were hijacked and used to kill thousands of innocent people as well as target America's political and military headquarters. It would have been stupid to not make assumptions.
