no, Jimmy's dad has always been Hugh. Jimmy's mom always refers to him as Hugh.

What the hell? In Germany she calls him Frank O.o

In America, she calls him Frank.
Maybe there isn't a name for Hugh in German.

Yep, there isn't, but maybe it's just a translation of the name or whatever. Anyways, now I know that they use both names depending on the country. Thx :)
