Ladies! I am one of you and have my off days too (yesterday was one of them) but REMEMBER! Your appearance does not define your self worth! Easier said than done... I know... im not 100% on it either but in the past 2 years I've come to realize this: that woman I'm comparing myself to is also comparing herself to me... maybe the next square is HER under a rock! You know what good THAT did??? NONE! Comparing ourselves to one another is a hot load of BS, no we can't just stop it, but with practice you'll be able to become less and less affected by those initial thoughts.
