Another cosplay

I was just about to ask if it makes me a furry if I find this sexy. What excatally is she? Some say Goofy is a dog, while others say he is not a dog nor a human. Sooooo if nobody can really say what Goofy is then can anybody say what she is?

Goofy is a tall, anthropomorphic dog with a Southern drawl, and typically wears a turtle neck and vest, with pants, shoes, white gloves, and a tall hat originally designed as a rumpled fedora. Originally was going to be named Dippy Dog, Pluto is non anthropomorphic and that's what he is still a pet.
