I did it to a friend once ironically, is it still bad?

I asked a gentleman at work to sort deliveries for different projects. Each project was color coded with stickers, orange, brown, green, yellow etc. He was to palletize each color together. After a couple hours I went to check on him and it was more of a jumbled mess than when he started. He confessed being colorblind and was afraid to tell me so instead he tried to guess the sticker colors. Wasted a lot of time that day.
