Not all screensavers move on many devices it can be set to be a photo

A screensaver moves to avoid the screen from getting an image burned into it. A photo can not serve that purpose so it would not be an actual screen saver. Check your facts buddy.

I never said it was wise to use them but you can use them as screensavers check your facts buddy

You can set it as your screen saver but it isn't one.
