Just to clarify, both are technically correct. However, it would be wrong to say "You speak French good" because good would be describing speak. Speak is a verb, obviously, and good is an adjective, not an adverb. In the statement "You speak very good French", good is describing the word French, which is being used as a noun. Thus, it is perfectly acceptable. :) I hope I don't sound rude; I just wanted to clear things up.

Umm, I think the other comment was just trying to clarify that in the movie, the attendant says you speak French very well
