Like I said the first time this was posted, RenderMan features shaders that make textures like that very simple. They probably spent more time getting the shirt to move and crease like material than they did on the texture of the shirt.

And like others have said, its still amazing attention to detail, do get over it. We will comment on and applaud what we find impressive. Especially after having waited so long for this movie.

Considering the details i think the reason it took so long was due to render time. That shit alone could've taken 24 hours.
