And if they do try to give any to someone, they can be charged with distribution, a felony in most places, especially if it is to a minor and on school grounds. Way to play yourself

Can't they also be charged with something else for drugging someone since the people don't know Its weed ?

Yes, they can, as well as conspiracy since they intend for thst person to take the blame. Basically they are risking serious jail time just for a joke. Even if they only posted it to be funny and didn't actually intend to do it, they cannot prove that, but this could be used as evidence against him in court.
