And here's the problem with step 1: you get stuck with shitty art and diversity classes because "muh well-rounded stoodent hue hue". Well I'm a fucking engineer and I don't fucking want to fucking learn about fucking interior fucking design so fuck you and fuck your shitty fucking art class.
Because I need part of it for my degree but the courses go more in depth than I’ll need for servicing accounts. And don’t hate on easy classes that will give your brain a break. last semester I took 17 hours of core classes and burned out. I get that STEM majors aren’t always artistically inclined but be glad you’re getting some room to relax in your schedule
There are also a lot of people who realize that a major isn’t right for them after taking a random class and realizing it’s a passion they want to pursue
