They are, but you have to be like a super genius to be hired. Apparently they receive hundreds of thousands of job applications a year.

At my old job, you were sometimes required to work 12 hour shifts 8 hours apart. The company hires security guards to patrol the employee parking lot to wake up and threaten to tow away anyone trying to get some sleep there instead of wasting hours going home and back. The very definition of a dick company.
